In 2009, Bob Reichard of Evangel Theological Seminary developed the International School of Practical Ministry (ISOPM) to serve as a formal Biblical training program for pastors and leaders in developing nations. Since that time small teams connected with Evangel have conducted the 2-week training in 6 different African nations. In order to make this ministry sustainable and reproducible they are now training local leaders as instructors and teachers who can continue the 2-week sessions as well as train additional instructors.
