We have spent the last few months digging deeper into Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5-7). It has been rich, full of wonderful truths and has both encouraged & challenged us to live more devoted to the really HIGH standards that Jesus taught. Is anyone struggling right now to live up to these higher ways? When you pray, when you fast, when you give, seek first the kingdom, keep on asking, keep on seeking, keep on knocking, do to others, don’t worry – these are just a few of the many directives Jesus gives us in this teaching. The disciples were normal people just like us; they too struggled to walk in what God was calling them to. But then something radically changed them!
