Our bodies are programmed to sleep on a daily basis. Sleep reorders our brain, heals our body and energizes us for the next day. But what about our soul, the “spiritual” side of our self? How does our soul find rest, peace and order? In a time when personal and societal anxiety are on the increase, we must find a way to find rest and peace for our soul.
