In the course of our "What Now?" series, we have spent the past 6 weeks looking at how the disciples navigated the days and weeks following Jesus’ crucifixion and resurrection. As they awaited the promised Holy Spirit, they struggled with confusion, doubt, discouragement, fear, disillusionment – all things that we can identify with as we follow a God we can’t see. Our series culminates this Sunday with the Holy Spirit being poured out on all the believers gathered in Jerusalem. What Jesus promised them had occurred! And it was so amazing it drew a crowd! A crowd of people from all over the known world were exposed to the most incredible event that humanity has known: the outpouring of the Holy Spirit!
