Off With The Old; On With The New
In his letter to the Colossians, the apostle Paul's first priority is to establish who Jesus Christ is (supreme over all). He then moves on to describe who we are when we live “in Christ”. Certain attitudes and behaviors that belong with the old life no longer belong – they aren’t who we are anymore. In this new life, we will display the character of Christ. Everything we say and everything we do represents Jesus (Colossians 3:17).

OVER ALL: a series on the book of Colossians. We'll be studying a letter from the apostle Paul to a group of believers in Colossae; believers who are being infiltrated with teaching that Jesus isn't God. It was critical to Paul that the Colossians were reminded of the full supremacy & greatness of Christ. He knew that how they saw Jesus affected every area of their lives. And doesn't the same hold true for us today?
