Core Values
Worship
Honoring God and edifying the body of Christ by wholeheartedly offering our lives (spirit, mind, body) to Him.

Authentic Community
Growing deeper in Christ is transformational and life-changing resulting in authentic relationships marked by service and genuine care for one another. Caring for people and developing authentic relationships best occur in smaller groups.

Discipleship
Relational discipleship and focused training are essential for growing deeper in Christ and equipping believers to do His work.

Outreach
“God so loved the world” – therefore, we love our neighbor and share the good news of Jesus in word and action to everyone, everywhere.

Ministry of the Holy Spirit
All growth and ministry in Christ occurs by God’s Spirit working in and through believers.

Generosity
God is good and lavishly generous – giving us an abundant life in Christ marked by unfailing love and extravagant grace. Our enthusiastic response is to also be loving, gracious, extravagant and generous to others.

Impartiality
God created and loves ALL people, showing no favoritism: all races, all cultures, all ages, in all walks of life; therefore we show compassion to all people, honoring each as created in His image.

Cultural Relevancy
We must be doctrinally true while intentionally engaging our culture. We value excellence, creativity, humility, honesty, and risk.
